OneWorld Tells Mature Women LIVE Well!
OneWorld is all about health literacy, education & civic engagement. If we engage in all three we can live our best lives.
As we mature in age we might face certain challenges; however, if we are well informed these challenges can lead us to living our best lives daily. Every 3rd Thurs. OneWorld presents a LIVE education program at CTV, 2666 State St. The goals of our “21st Century Conversations” TV programs are to provide health literacy, educate the community and encourage others to become positively engaged in what is going on in the broader community. There is so much we can do the make our environment more positive, more dynamic and more rewarding.
May is Women’s Health Month: On Thurs. May 21, 2009 from 7-9PM we will have three women physicians in the studio to engage women in a dynamic Q & A session about remaining healthy as we mature, and to answer the following questions:
How do we LIVE our best lives every day?
How do we make our mature skin glow?
How do we remain supple and vibrant everyday?
Have you gone dancing recently? Yes, we can dance; we can learn new and exciting things. We need to learn how to be healthy and maintain good health in our 50′s, 60′s 70′s onward! Come to CTV on May 21 at 7PM and learn how.
