Regardless of our age today it is good to have reliable health information about how to take care of ourselves. The sooner we have this information and put it into practice the more healthy we will be throughout our lives. I applaud OneWorld for bringing in multicultural health providers to help us to achieve this goal. Many of us take herbal supplements without knowing if they are truly beneficial; we go on annecdotal evidence. I think it is helpful to learn how to evaluate these products so that in fact we use only the ones that are beneficial. Thanks to the doctors, to Melinda Tuhus and to OneWorld Progressive Institute for their commitment to keeping us informed.
