Geoffrey Canada is the CEO and President of Harlem Children’s Zone.  He carries an uncanny combination of street smarts and Harvard smarts, and that has led to a lot of innovative and groundbreaking ideas around the alleviation of poverty in inner-city America.

OneWorld Congratulates professor Randall Horton on receiving a major award from the National Endowments for the Arts (NEA).

 

Professor Horton's story is an inspiration to all students trying to "find an academic voice." Dr. Horton served as a co-facilitator for OneWorld's recent Teen Forum examining the effects of media and pop culture on teens.
